PriceAdvance is a browser plugin that fetches the price from several other sites when you are on a product page in one of the supported merchant sites. Usage is extremely simple. Just install the plugin and you are up and running. Just go to the product page in one of the sites and the plugin automatically displays a list of merchants and prices on the top left of your browser. Clicking on any of the price in the list takes you to the product page in that Merchant site.
Definitely saves you time and effort. The plugin is available both for IE7 and Firefox.
