When you are working with multiple windows open in Windows, sometimes you may want to keep one window on top of the rest. Some applications have this option built in and let you keep the application on top. But wouldn’t it be better if you could add this feature to any window and have the window of your choice on top?
Well, ‘Window On Top’ is a free, tiny, portable application that does just that. Window on Top can be used to make any application topmost,that is to keep it above all other windows.
Just run the application and once it is open, drag the hand icon over the target window and release. That’s it. Now the window will always remain on top of other windows. You can also use keyboard shortcut to achieve the same. Just keep the target window active and press Ctrl+F8. This is a toggle and can be pressed again to cancel the effect.
