The problem with Task Manager is that it doesn't work all the time. On my computer, it does the job maybe half the time--the rest of the time I have to restart. I am so glad to find a REAL app killer that works!

Seems like overkill for a task that the built-in Task Manager is designed to do.

I'd even recommend that SysInternals' Process Explorer as a replacement for Task Manager, but certainly not this.

What advantage does this app possess over Task Manager?

If it's an application that's misbehaving, there will be a window (perhaps frozen), so the offending app can be terminated from the Applications tab without the need for a technically challenged user to wade thru the processes.
