Low Tech job ‘portal’ helps people find job

The other day I found this box (what you see above) right in front of our office. It is a very simpleĆ and practical way to help people find jobs. You’ll find a book of resume forms. Anyone looking for a job has to just fill in their resume and drop it into the box. The resumes are periodically forwarded to prospective employers who select people they find suitable for their job.
There are numerous job sites where thousands of jobs are being posted and thousands of people do find their dream job through them. But the fact remains that not all kinds of jobs are advertised on these sites. Similarly not everybody is fortunate enough to have day to day access to internet and find a job to suit their skills. Mostly the jobs advertised in the job sites are from big companies.
The smaller jobs available in smaller companies do not find place in these sites.
This simple system can really help fill the gap.
