By default Yahoo Messenger lets only one person to be logged in on one computer.
However, with a simple registry tweak (without using any other software), you can use multiple instances of Yahoo messenger on a single computer, each logged in with a different user id.
Just follow the steps below.
- Click Start button and type regedit in Run option then press Enter for next.
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Yahoo/Pager/Test

- On right pane, right click to create a new Dword value with name Plural and give it value 1.
- Now close the registry editor. (You may need to restart your computer for the change to take effect).
Note: It is advised that you take a backup of the registry before editing.
Now you should be able to open multiple instances of Yahoo Messenger. You can log in each of the instances with a different Yahoo ID.
